These lab tests are available for order, if Katherine feels they are appropriate to your care. Many prove helpful in the diagnosis and treatment of PMDD, Postpartum recovery, rage, deficiencies in testosterone/estrogen/progesterone and exploring relationship with libido and sleep. Lab tests do not provide the tools for a quick fix, but can often become a piece of the puzzle in helping clients reach healthy and balanced lives.

Testing kits are sent to your home and samples collected at your local lab testing facility or, when possible, in the comfort of your home.
Dutch Complete
The DUTCH Complete™ is a comprehensive assessment of sex and adrenal hormones and their metabolites and includes the daily, free cortisol pattern, organic acids, melatonin, and 8-OHdG. This test cannot be ordered for patients under 12 years of age.

Dutch Cycle Mapping and Complete
The DUTCH Cycle Mapping™ PLUS provides a comprehensive analysis of a woman's monthly cycle, including hormone metabolites and the Cortisol Awakening Response (CAR). This helps to identify issues with infertility, PCOS, and other month-long symptoms. This test includes the insomnia cortisol sample. This test cannot be ordered for patients under 12 years of age.
